How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate, secure, improve, and respond to contacts about the reference. It is not used to create a Northville Township resident list or to alter an official record. We do not control information submitted to an outside portal through a link or sponsored search box.

Links lead to Township, Wayne County, Michigan, library, archive, and other outside resources. Those services apply their own privacy notices, access rules, fees, and data practices. Review the destination policy before submitting any information.

Michigan guidance inspected for this project did not identify an enacted comprehensive state consumer-privacy statute applicable to all such website data. Public records held by Northville Township, Wayne County, Michigan agencies, courts, or archives are controlled by their custodians and statutes, including the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq. Address-safety concerns may qualify for Michigan's Address Confidentiality Program.
